"Located in Roquefort-la-Bédoule, Château Barbanau has enjoyed a new lease of life since Romain Tchenio took over in November 2022. He continues the legacy of the Cerciello family, who revived this historic estate in the 1980s.
The 30-hectare vineyard extends over two prestigious appellations: 22 hectares in AOC Côtes de Provence and 5 hectares in AOC Cassis. Certified organic since 2008 and biodynamic since 2018, the estate produces around 100,000 bottles a year, divided between rosés, reds and whites.
New ambitions include developing online sales, modernizing the website, organizing wine tourism events and increasing export presence to make Château Barbanau a place of winemaking excellence and reconnection with nature.
