Masterclass in food and wine pairing for the holidays
It was our last event of 2025 at the château:
"As the holidays approach, Château Barbanau opens its doors for a unique sensory experience centered around food and wine pairings, hosted by Fabrice Sommier, President of the Union de la Sommellerie Française, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and named Personality of the Year 2025 by La Revue du Vin de France (RVF) magazine.
The vintages will be enhanced by the creations of Christophe Vuillemin, a private chef in Porto-Vecchio, who now puts his expertise in gastronomy to use in intimate and refined culinary experiences."
