Songe Infini White

At the far western edge of the Côtes de Provence appellation, at an altitude of 400 meters, 22 hectares of vines stretch across the slopes of a clay-limestone hillside overlooking the sea. Facing Northeast, our vineyard benefits from a cool terroir, ideal for preserving aromatic potential and bringing out the personality of each grape variety. This is where the grapes that give birth to our wines flourish.

Biodynamic farming, hand-harvested.

Direct press, fermentation in demi-muid.
Aged 8 months on fine lees.

The wine pours a brilliant, luminous straw-yellow.
The nose opens on bright citrus notes alongside yellow
and white fruits. The palate is refined, pleasurable and
delicate, with a beautiful intensity of peach and apricot.
A complex wine, poised between power and finesse.
