On a clay-limestone terroir close to the sea, this 5-hectare vineyard benefits from generous sunshine. Sea, earth, and sun live in symbiosis here, giving rise to unique white wines. The Kalahari cuvée is the result of several years of research, both in viticulture and in winemaking and aging. Kalahari offers a different interpretation of our Cassis terroir.

Fermentation and 12-month aging on fine lees in Burgundy barrels.

The color is golden yellow with luminous silver reflections. The nose is dense with notes of white fruits (pears, peaches) and white pepper. The powerful palate is very pleasant with richness and substance. The finish is well-balanced.

Bresse chicken with cream sauce, single-sided seared white fish with a light sweet mustard emulsion, Saint-Marcellin cheese.
