This was our final event of 2025 at the château:
“As the holidays approach, Château Barbanau opens its doors to you for a unique sensory experience centered on food and wine pairings, hosted by Fabrice Sommier, President of the Union de la Sommellerie Française, Meilleur Ouvrier de France, and named Personality of the Year 2025 by La Revue du Vin de France (RVF).
The wines will be enhanced by the creations of Christophe Vuillemin, a private chef in Porto-Vecchio, who now puts his culinary expertise to work in intimate and refined dining experiences.”
