CLOS VAL BRUYERE

Clos Val Bruyère is located in the heart of the Cassidain vineyards on a plot of 75 terraced hectares, flourishing in sun shined hillsides and the nearby sea.

Faithful to the tradition we chose to produce only white wine .
With an annual production of about 30.000 bottles CLOS VAL BRUYERE is kept one year on fine lees to allow it to mature before putting it on the market. Its potential aging is from 5 to 10 years according to the vintage and the condition of storage.

KALAHARI

KALAHARI is the result of many years of tries and searching in the vineyard, the winemaking, and the maturing.

We first try in 1994, but until 2002 we did not find our vintages enough successful.
KALAHARI is another interpretation of our Cassis vineyard and trustworthy of what we were looking for: an exceptional wine expressing the quintessence of soil, passion and winegrower personality.

The desert of Kalahari is situated in the heart of Botswana. It is one of the last wild ecosystems still intact in Africa.

Kalahari is packaged in 6 bottles wood boxes .
